(A) Positions at Corporate Office:
1.VP/AVP/GM/Project Coordinator ( Code No. – PC01)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15+ years
- Role: Planning and execution of highway projects, contract administration, project monitoring, leading execution teams, coordination with clients, independent engineers, consultants, and authorities.
2.VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Contracts) ( Code No. –CONO2)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE (Civil)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Role: Comprehensive handling of techno-contractual matters of infrastructure projects, particularly highway projects, conversant with NHAI MORTH, FIDIC, and other contracts (EPC & PPP), excellent drafting skills.
3.VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager (Accounts/Audit/Finance) ( Code No. – AAF03)
- Qualification: CA (Inter) or CA (Final)
- Experience: 7 to 20 years
- Role: Project accounting, preparation & finalization of balance sheets, MIS reports, preferably with experience in SAP.
4.AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Senior Manager (Designs) ( Code No. – DESIGN04)
- Qualification: BE (Civil) with post-graduation in Structures/GT/Transportation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Role: Design & detailed engineering of highways, pavements, bridges, and other structures, coordination with clients, authorities, independent engineers, and consultants.
5.AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Purchase) ( Code No. – PUROS)
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) / MBA
- Experience: 10 to 25 years
- Role: Procurement, market study & analysis, techno-commercial evaluation of machinery, construction materials/items, life-cycle cost analysis, vendor development, preferably with knowledge in SAP.
6.VP/AVP/GM (HR) ( Code No. – HR06)
- Qualification: MBA/MSW
- Experience: 10 to 25 years
- Role: HR & ER functions, HR policies, KRA, KPI, PMS, TA, salary negotiations, statutory compliances, legal/court matters, organization development, succession planning, learning & development.
7.GM (GST) ( Code No. – GST07)
- Qualification: CA/LLB-Taxation
- Experience: 15+ years
- Role: Handling GST, IT, custom & excise duties, both indirect and direct taxation, preferably with knowledge in SAP.
8.GM/DGM/AGM (Insurance) ( Code No. – INS08)
- Qualification: Postgraduate
- Experience: 15+ years
- Role: Insurance department, procuring policies, comprehensive coverage, negotiation with insurance companies, submission of insurance claims, preferably with knowledge in SAP.
(B) Positions at Corporate Office (Water Projects/Under JJM Scheme):
1.VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Water Supply Sector) ( Code No. – JM09)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10 to 30 years
- Role: Handling large-scale surface and underground-based water supply projects, project formulation, budgeting, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance.
2.Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager ( Code No. – JJM10)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10 to 20 years
- Role: Planning, executing, monitoring, testing, commissioning of water supply projects, quality control, materials reconciliation, and billing.
3.GM/AGM/Sr. Manager/Manager (Billing & Planning) ( Code No. – JJM11)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10 to 20 years
- Role: Planning, client and sub-contractor/vendor billing (quantity surveying) of water supply projects, material and sub-contractor reconciliation, project scheduling, etc.
(C) Positions at Project Site (Highway Projects):
1.Chief Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager ( Code No. – PM12)
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15 to 25 years
- Role: End-to-end project management, planning, execution, quality control, contract administration of highway projects, including coordination with clients, authorities, design consultants, and NHAI projects.
(D) Positions at Corporate Office (SPV of PPP based Highway Projects – Concessionaire Companies):
1.VP/AVP/GM (Accounts/Finance) ( Code No. – A&F13)
- Qualification: CA
- Experience: 15+ years
- Role: SPV accounting, taxation, preparation & finalization of balance sheets, MIS reports, preferably with SAP knowledge.
