Open Positions:
1. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil/ MBA-HR
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years
- Responsibilities: Manage the Performance Management System, monitor the performance of site-based employees, and administer reward & recognition programs.
2. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / MBA-HR
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years
- Responsibilities: Impart various technical and behavioral training for site-based employees. Administer Training Need Identification, training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
3. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR Generalist
- Qualification: MBA – HR
- Experience: 6-8 years
- Responsibilities: Manage HR processes like talent acquisition, talent engagement, and retention mechanisms to enhance productivity and recognition.
4. Executive/Sr. Executive – Recruitment
- Qualification: MBA – HR
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Responsibilities: Handle talent acquisition, source manpower, prepare job descriptions, maintain recruitment-related MIS, and generate reports.
Note:
- Experience in the Infrastructure Industry at the Head Office is a must.
- Local candidates will have an added advantage.
