Position : Quantity Surveyors

Job Code : NCC-QS & Billing -001

Qualification & Education : Diploma Civil Engineer, B.Tech (Civil) with 4 to 12 years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Mandatory Skills : Preparation of Quantities from Drawings (PDF / AutoCAD), Quantity Take Off, Material Take Off, Item Rate, Contractor / Client Billing.
• Additional responsibilities (nice to have) : Coordination and Monitoring of Projects strong familiarity with quantity surveyor planning, rate analysis of BOQ components, and contact conditions. Construction of reconciliation statements M/s keeping an eye on the projects’ development, Creating MIS reports for clients’ subcontractors, estimating budgets, planning costs, billing, tendering, and variation orders.
