Position: Sr. Manager/Manager/Dy. Manager
Division: Central Railway Projects
Department: Contracts & Claims
Location: Gurgaon/Maharashtra/Bihar
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)/NICMAR (Contracts Management)
Experience: 8+ years
Salary: 12 LPA to 22 LPA + Other Perks & Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and drafting to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, including financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
- Budget Adherence: Monitor contract expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, seeking cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts that may arise during contract execution, employing negotiation, mediation, or other dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contracts, correspondence, and related documents, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Change Management: Manage changes to contract scope, terms, and conditions through formal change control processes, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to contract management in the railway sector, and apply this knowledge to enhance contract management practices.
