- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma
- Experience: 15 to 18 years of experience in Building Projects.
2. Civil Engineer (Structure/Finishing)
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Building Projects.
3. Planning / QS / BBS Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant specializations. For Planning Engineer, proficiency in MS Project is mandatory. Special reservations are available for NICMAR pass-outs or students from premier institutes.
4. Store / Accounts Officer
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in Store & Accounts management.
5. MEP Engineer (Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical)
6. Foreman / Supervisor (Shuttering/Rebar/Concrete)
7. Electrician / Mechanic / Plumber
