Fresher-Diploma, Electrical/Mechanical Candidate screening & selection process will be as follows:

• Academic criteria screening 55% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
• Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2021 & 2022 pass-out candidates only.
• Male candidates are preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
• Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the Kutch Areas where Suzlon operates in Kutch-Gujarat.

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package

• DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
• CTC 2.00 lakh pa additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared Accommodation, Canteen, Transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel Reimbursement, Annual Increments & Incentives as per applicable policy)
• 6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks – OJT (On Job Training))
