PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements
- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in the large construction / real estate / project development company
Job Description
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations .
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet contractual conditions of performance .
- Negotiate and manage construction contract drafts , bid on projects , and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks .
- To oversee financial budgets and be in charge of organizing schedules , tracking inventory , and ordering and managing materials .

Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years UAE experience as CM / PM
- Good knowledge of authority regulations ( DM , DEWA , RTA , ETISALAT etc. )
- Experience in high – rise buildings
- Experience in leading a team of minimum 10 members ( FTES )
- Last Assignment should not be of a consultant .
