Position: AGM/Senior Manager – Plant and Machinery
- Location: Head Office, Gurugram (Haryana)

We are seeking an candidate, who is having the experience of Construction/Transportation Infrastructure Industry.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in plant maintenance and operations within the transportation infrastructure industry.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
DPR and MRP Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Monthly Report of Progress (MRP).
- Ensure optimal utilization of plant and machinery to meet project timelines.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues for improved efficiency.
Breakdown Report:
- Establish a comprehensive breakdown reporting system.
- Track downtime, causes, and resolutions.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment uptime.
Fuel Monitoring System:
- Implement and manage a fuel monitoring system for all machinery.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for fuel efficiency improvements.
Hired Vehicle Monitoring:
- Oversee monitoring of hired vehicles for effective and cost-efficient use.
- Maintain records of contracts, schedules, and maintenance for hired vehicles.
ERP Implementation at HO and Site:
- Lead the implementation of an ERP system for plant and machinery management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to customize ERP for departmental needs.
Bills Checking for Hired Vehicles, Spares, and Services:
- Review and approve invoices related to hired vehicles, spare parts, and maintenance services.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely payment processing.
Spares and Services:
- Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and oversee procurement.
- Establish service contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to equipment operators and maintenance staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
Deployment and Allocation:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to allocate and deploy machinery as per project plans.
- Optimize equipment utilization to maximize productivity.
Monthly Site Requirements:
- Review monthly site requirements and ensure timely actions to meet project milestones.
Site Audit:
- Conduct regular site audits to assess project progress, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management as per project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
