1. Project Managers:
- Qualification: ME/BE/BTECH/DCE(Civil)
- Experience: 15-20 years in High rise projects
2. Sr. Engineers Execution:
- Qualification: ME/BE/BTECH/DCE(Civil)
- Experience: 8-11 years in Execution
3. Execution Engineers:
- Qualification: ME/BE/BTECH/DCE(Civil)
- Experience: 6-8 years in Execution
4. Assistant Engineers:
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: 7-15 years in Execution
5. Supervisors/Sr. Supervisors:
- Qualification: ITI/Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: 8-15 years in Execution
6. Foreman Shuttering/Steel:
- Qualification: Experience in Execution
7. Sr. Engineers/Engineers (Planning/Billing/QS):
- Qualification: ME/BE/BTECH/DCE(Civil)
- Experience: 6-10 years in planning, budgeting, and monitoring
8. Sr. Engineers/Engineers (QA/QC):
- Qualification: ME/BE/BTECH/DCE(Civil)
- Experience: 8-10 years in High rise projects
9. Sr. Executive/Executive (HSE):
- Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Experience: 4-9 years in High rise construction projects
10. Sr. Executive/Executive (Admin):
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: 4-9 years in High rise Construction projects
11. Sr. Executive/Executive (Finance & Accounts):
- Qualification: Knowledge of GST, Taxation, TDS, Legal compliance, and accounting work
- Experience: 4-9 years. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
12. Sr. Executive/Executive (Purchase):
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 4-9 years in High rise Construction projects. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
