HR Activities:

  • Maintaining & recording of Attendance of the site staff.
  • Managing Overtime of the site manpower.
  • Preparing various Registers and reports as per HR Compliances & Labour Laws.
  • Joining & Exit formalities.
  • Handling manpower at the site.
  • Have experience and sound knowledge of BOCW, ISMW, WC, CAR policy,
  • Coordinate and follow-up with clients / vendors and sub- contractors.
  • Handling of Staff Accommodation and Canteen. facilities.
  • Management of Securities
  • Administration of vehicle management etc.
