Available Positions:
1. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR (Performance Management)
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / MBA-HR
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing the Performance Management System, monitoring the performance of site-based employees, and administering reward & recognition.
2. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR (Training)
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / MBA-HR
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in imparting various technical and behavioral training for site-based employees. Proficiency in Training Need Identification, imparting training, evaluation, and assessing training effectiveness is essential.
3. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR Generalist
- Qualification: MBA-HR
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in various HR processes including talent acquisition, talent engagement, and developing mechanisms to enhance talent retention and recognition.
Key Highlights:
- Experience in the Infrastructure Industry at the Head Office level is a prerequisite.
- Local candidates will have an added advantage.
