Key Responsibilities
1. NHAI & MoRTH Compliance
- Handle official contractual correspondence.
- Prepare project tracking reports and standard compliance documents.
- Ensure documentation follows applicable NHAI and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) standards.
2. Site Management
- Oversee routine, periodic, and emergency maintenance operations on active highway stretches.
- Support smooth traffic flow and pavement durability.
3. Technical Reporting
- Use engineering software and computer systems to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR reports for corporate review.
4. Defect Rectification
- Identify pavement defects, including potholes, ruts, and cracks.
- Execute timely corrective maintenance programmes.
- Coordinate with site vendors and subcontractors.
