Open Positions:
1. Project Head
- Location: Pachane
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in real estate
- Role: Lead and manage project activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
2. CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
- Locations: Pachane or Balewadi
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Skills Required: Knowledge of bank disbursements, agreement line-ups till possession.
- Role: Handle customer relationships and ensure smooth processing of agreements and financial transactions.
3. Sales Manager
- Location: Pachane
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in real estate
- Role: Drive sales efforts, manage client interactions, and achieve sales targets.
4. Estimation Engineer
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in the construction field
- Role: Responsible for accurate project estimation, cost analysis, and budgeting.
