Open Positions:

1. Project Head

• Location: Pachane
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in real estate
• Role: Lead and manage project activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

2. CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

• Locations: Pachane or Balewadi
• Experience: 2 to 4 years
• Skills Required: Knowledge of bank disbursements, agreement line-ups till possession.
• Role: Handle customer relationships and ensure smooth processing of agreements and financial transactions.

3. Sales Manager

• Location: Pachane
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in real estate
• Role: Drive sales efforts, manage client interactions, and achieve sales targets.

4. Estimation Engineer

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in the construction field
• Role: Responsible for accurate project estimation, cost analysis, and budgeting.
