L&T Energy Power, a business brand of Larsen & Toubro, is seeking experienced engineering professionals to join their team. They have over 100+ positions available within their Business Units and Joint Ventures. If you are interested in advancing your career in the power industry, take note of the following details:
Education: Degree or Diploma holders in Engineering from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Control & Instrumentation disciplines.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 25 years of experience in the power industry.

The available positions are as follows:
Design Engineering: Basic and detail design engineering in various disciplines such as HVAC, material handling, civil & structural, process, auxiliary, stress analyst, electrical layout, piping, piping support, Tekla modeler, S3D administrator, pressure and non-pressure parts.
Construction Management: Planning, supervising, coordinating, and controlling construction and erection activities at the site, including sub-contractor management.
Project Management: Execution of projects, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, and sub-contractor management to ensure timely completion within budgets.
Commissioning: Pre-commissioning and commissioning of power plant projects, coordinating with vendors, engineering consultants, and execution teams.
Planning Management: Planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities throughout the power plant construction phase. Proficiency in using Primavera (P6) is mandatory.
Health, Safety & Environment: Implementing and maintaining HSE requirements at project sites and manufacturing units, training personnel for compliance with HSE standards.
Quality Management: Development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, including inspection & testing of equipment as per quality plans. Experience in NDT (minimum level II) certificate & ASNT II is mandatory.
