Head Production
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 15-20 years in heavy engineering product manufacturing
- Skills: Knowledge of boilers, pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, fabrication, and machining
Engrs/Sr Engrs/AM/DM Fabrication Shop
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) or DME
- Experience: 5-7 years in fabrication/welding of boilers, pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers
- Skills: Good knowledge of welding processes
Machine/Fabrication Shop Shift Supervisors
- Qualification: DME (Mechanical)
- Experience: 2-3 years in fabrication/machine shop of a heavy engineering product manufacturing company
Head Production Planning and Control
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 10-15 years in production planning in a heavy engineering product manufacturing company
- Skills: Proficiency in planning software like MS Project
Head Technology Cell
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 6-8 years in fabrication, machining processes, welding techniques, and machining operations
Welding Manager/Deputy Manager
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) or DME
- Experience: 8-10 years in welding processes of heavy engineering industries
- Responsibilities: Welding process control, welder qualification, etc.
Painting Inspector
- Qualification: BSc/Diploma Engineers/Degree Engineers with CSWIP/BGAS
- Responsibilities: Overall operations of the painting department
Head Preparation Shop
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) or DME
- Experience: 4-5 years in optimizing plate cutting layouts in a heavy engineering product company
- Skills: Knowledge of material identification/traceability, welding techniques
Mechanical Maintenance Engr/Sr Engr
- Qualification: DME (Mechanical)
- Experience: 5-6 years in maintenance of cranes, welding equipment, rotators, hydraulic press, plate bending machines, DRO/CNC metal cutting machines
DM/Mgr-Machine Shop
- Qualification: BE/DME (Mechanical)
- Experience: 5-10 years in operations of CNC metal cutting machines such as Deep Hole Drilling, Horizontal Boring, VTL, Plano miller, Lathe, etc.
- Skills: Familiarity with machining sequences/processes and cutting tool technology/selection
