K&J Projects Private Limited is actively hiring for various positions to support their railway projects in Maharashtra and Southern India. These roles are critical for the successful supervision, planning, and execution of railway infrastructure projects.
Open Positions and Requirements:
1. Team Leader / Project Manager
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering & MBA
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the railway sector, focusing on construction supervision/DPR/FLS
2. Senior Design & Review Expert (Structural)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in design related to railway structures
3. Sector Expert – Engineering / Civil
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience: Execution of infrastructure projects related to Railway/Metro
4. Sector Expert – S&T
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience: Design in signalling/instrumentation/telecommunication for Railway/Metro projects
5. Sector Expert – Electrical
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience: Electrical design related to Railway/Metro projects
6. Contract Management Expert
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in handling contracts for construction works, preferably in railway projects
7. Sector Expert – Architectural & Horticulture
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years of experience
- Diploma in Architecture with minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience: Planning and design of railway/metro stations, buildings, colonies, etc.
8. Sector Expert – Project & Planning
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction management and project planning
- Skills: Hands-on experience in Primavera/MS Project or any PM software is essential
