Experience:

• 5-10 Years

• Hiring of blue-collar staff at project sites
• Induction & Joining formality management
• Attendance & Leave management
• Applicable statutory compliance
• Accommodation & Canteen management
• Security & Vendor management
• Full & Final settlement processes
• Admin expenses management
• Reports generation
• Coordination with Project Managers & Head Office HR

Specific Experience Required:

• Preferred experience in the construction industry, particularly in National Highways (NH)

Job Location:

• South India (Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh/Kerala)
