Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery
- Manage 4–5 projects simultaneously
- Drive planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Handle contracts, tendering, and negotiations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion
Desired Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Expertise in project planning, contracts, and cost management
- Proven track record in large-scale building projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
