Having relevant experience of Industrial & High Rise Building’s in large Construction Companies.
Requirement @ in South India Cities
For all the below-mentioned positions, Age limit should not be more than 45 Yrs.
Required Positions:
1.Code: SIO / Execution/ 001- Projects
Assistant Engineers / Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
- Qualification- Min.05yrs to Max. 10 yrs Experience with BE- Civil/Diploma Civil Engineering experience in High-rise / Commercial/Residential Buildings works.
2.Code: SIO/Execution/002- Projects
Foreman- Aluminium Formwork exp. in residential High-rige buildings.
Foreman-Conventional shuttering
Reinforcement / Bar bending
- Qualification- Min.05yrs to Max.15 yrs Experience with PUC/ SSLC/ Any Graduation, experience in High-rise/ Commercial/Residential Buildings works.
3.Code: SIO /Quality/ 003- QMS
Engineers/Deputy Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager
- Qualification-Min.05yrs to Max. 10 yrs Exp. with BE Civil/ Diploma Civil Engineering: Management & implementation of the quality plan, mix design, testing of Materials, internal quality audit and all the gamut of construction quality management
4.Code: SIO/EHS/004 -Safety
Officer/Executive / Deputy Manager
- Min.05yrs to Max.10 yrs Exp. with BE Civil/ Diploma Civil Engineering with Diploma in Safety
5.Code: SIO/Admin/ 005-Liaison & Administration
Officer/Executive / Deputy Manager
- Qualification – Min.05yrs to Max 15yrs Exp. with MSW/MBA will be added advantage, Liaison with Govt./Semi Govt. / Non-Govt. and Local Bodies. Coordination with Site & Clients for General Administration and Statutory Compliances.
6.Code: SIO /Accounts/006 -Accountant
Officer/Executive/Manager
- Qualification-B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter 2-15 yrs exp. in Construction/Infrastructure/ Manufacturing Company. Exp. in Vendor Invoice Processing, GST, Stores Accounting, Internal Control with Analytical mind set Exposure in SAP desirable.
