Open Positions:

• Position Open for: HR- Assistant / HR – Deputy / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Analytical and HR MIS reports.
• Close the MPR (Manpower Requirement) from different departments.
• Conduct employee recruitment for niche profiles and finalize job descriptions.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations.

Qualifications:

• M.B.A/M. M. S/M.S.W-HR (Full Time)
• Candidates should possess good experience in Manpower Budgeting, Preparing Compensation & Benefit Structure, End-to-End Talent Acquisition & HR Operations.
