Position: Planning Manager – Civil
Qualifications and Experience: 20+ years of experience in planning and constructing full-cycle building projects, preferably in large-scale commercial/hospitality/hospital projects. About 5 years of experience as a centralized Planning Head overseeing multiple projects. Knowledge of delay analysis and exposure in the contracting industry is desirable.

Position: Plumbing Design – Draughting Engineer
Qualifications and Experience: 7-10 years of experience in plumbing design, with knowledge of IS codal provisions. Proficiency in drafting using REVIT software and exposure in BIM modeling for at least 3 years. Preferably worked in a design consultancy firm engaged in building designs.

Position: Architectural Draughtsman
Qualifications and Experience: 7-10 years of experience in an architectural firm, specializing in drafting using REVIT software. Experience in working in a BIM team for drafting architectural and structural models would be advantageous.

Position: Electrical Design Engineer
Qualifications and Experience: 7-10 years of experience in electrical designs of HT & LT Substations and building-related electrical works. Proficiency in performing sizing calculations for major electrical equipment. Worked in a design consultancy firm engaged in building designs, preferably with knowledge of REVIT software.

Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Qualifications and Experience: 5 years of experience in mechanical contracting companies, specializing in the HVAC and Fire Suppression segment.

Position: Quantity Survey – Electrical
Qualifications and Experience: 5-7 years of experience in quantification from electrical drawings and preparation of BOQ for estimating and subcontracting electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) works. Experience in reputed electrical contracting companies in a similar capacity is desired.

Position: Quantity Survey – Mechanical
Qualifications and Experience: 5-7 years of experience in quantification from drawings and preparation of BOQ for Fire Suppression, HVAC, and other mechanical items. Experience in reputed mechanical contracting companies in a similar capacity is desired.
