The very first of the Org Group of Companies is known as Lim Kim Seong SDN Bhd, which was established in 1985 in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. Lim Kim Seong sdn bhd started as a holding company for many land banks in prime areas of Penang and Kedah.
At Org Group, our vision is to create developments with a sense of belonging. Places to live, work, socialies and play, fostering deep connections with the larger community.
Established in 1985, we started amasssing many land banks in prime areas of Penang and Kedah leading to our gradual expansions and ventures in the property development field. We are renowned for interior design, construction and professional services to create signature devlopment that are legacy for the next generation.
The company had expanded gradually over the years and ventured in the property development field. Our team consists of experienced individuals who have vast experience in both development and construction industry for over 25 years in serveral states of Peninsula Malaysia, namely Penang, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. The Company is managed by its General Manager who had joined many internationally known listed.

1. PLANNING ENGINEER
Min. 5yrs of experience in Group Housing/Residential Township
Minimum Qualification – B.tech / B.E.(Civil)
J.D. – MS Projects / AutoCAD / ERP
2. MEP / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Min 5yrs of experience in Group Housing/ Residential Township
Minimum Qualification – Diploma/ B tech / B E.(Electrical)
Knowledge of Govt. Liaison / Approval (perferred)
3. FINISHING FOREMAN / FINISHING ENGINEER
Min. 5 YRS in Group Housing/ Villa
Minimum Qualification – Graduate/ Diploma/ (Civil)
4. BILLING ENGINEER
Min. 3-5 yrs
Minimum Qualification – B.Tech/ B.E (Civil)
J.D – MS Project/ Autocad/ ERP
5. FACILITY MANAGER/ ENGINEER
Min. 5-7 yrs
Minimum Qualification – B Tech .(Elect.)
J.D. – Flat &Villa Handover/ Facility Work/ Documentations
