Required Positions:
Position 1: Engineer / Sr. Engineer
- Department: Planning – CMD Office (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 3-5 years
Job Description:
a) Should have experience to understand the Baseline / Revised Work Programme, including but not limited to Resource planning, Scope of work statement, WBS, Physical and Financial progress along with S-Curve.
b) Preparation of Detailed MIS, including DPR/WPR/MPR, Dashboard, Material Reconciliation, etc.
c) Updating/Tracking Critical/Red issues of the Project and Risks involved with it.
d) Should have experience in Project Budget, Rate Analysis, and Costing.
e) Should have worked with SAP/ERP.
f) Should have knowledge in Contracts Management.
g) Should have Experience in Quantity Calculation of Highway and Structure activities (BBS Quantification).
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel/Advanced Excel
- Experience with MSP and SAP is preferred.
Position 2: GET / PGET (Female Candidate)
- Department: Planning – CMD Office (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Construction Management)
- Experience: 0-1 year
Job Description:
a) Should have knowledge in Project management.
b) Capable of reading Engineering Drawings.
c) Should have basic knowledge in Highway and Bridge Construction activities.
d) Should have knowledge in Quality-related tests.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel/Advanced Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of MSP and SAP is preferred.
