Position: Assistant General Manager / Manager
Department: Structures (Viaduct, Station & Launching Operations)
Experience: 10+ years (Exposure to Elevated Metro Projects)
Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma (Civil) – Full Time
Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction, maintenance, and operations of viaduct structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in viaduct construction and maintenance.
- Supervise the construction, outfitting, and maintenance of metro stations.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure efficient station designs.
- Plan and execute the launching of elevated metro segments, coordinating with construction teams and ensuring safety protocols.
- Oversee the installation of segments, ensuring alignment and integrity.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and construction workers involved in viaduct, station, and launching operations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as design, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with viaduct, station, and launching operations and implement mitigation measures.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction and maintenance activities meet specified standards.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and project documentation.
