Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer
Qualification- B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering. NICMAR will be Preferred.
Experience- 4-10 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferred Road Projects Exposure)

Job Location – UP, Delhi, Telangana, Odisha, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Andra Pradesh
Salary : 4,80,000- 15,00,000 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
2. Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
3. Drafting of Contractual/Regular Correspondences.
4. Identification and Notifying Force Majeure Events and PreparationExtension of Time (EOT).
5. Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
6. Document Management.
7. Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement.
8. Preparation of MPRS and MIS reports.
9. Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word.
10.Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAV/DRV/ARBITRATION).
