Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive redevelopment plans that align with the overall vision and goals of the railway authority and stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to inform planning decisions.
- Ensure integration of sustainable practices and innovative technologies in redevelopment projects.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of redevelopment projects within the set timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate public consultations and incorporate feedback into the planning process.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Ensure that all redevelopment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for redevelopment projects.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure accountability and transparency in financial matters.
- Oversee the design process to ensure it meets aesthetic, functional, and safety standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in railway station design and infrastructure.
