We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for our Corporate Office in Gurugram. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in handling multiple highway projects.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance
- Department: O&M (Highway Projects)
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Qualifications Required: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience Required: 4-6 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the O&M Team at various highway projects and act as a point of contact to collate daily project progress reports.
- Highlight any issues to the Manager and assist in their resolution.
- Prepare Work Orders (WOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and service entry sheets for subcontractors and vendors.
- Review subcontractor bills for accuracy and coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments.
- Assist the Manager in the preparation of Change of Scope (CoS) and insurance claims during the O&M period.
- Review Daily Progress Reports (DPR) shared by the site O&M team, provide data insights to the Manager, and raise red flags when necessary.
Experience Required:
- Must have experience working in a Corporate or Head Office, handling multiple highway projects in either the O&M Department or the Billing & QS Department.
