Position: MEP Planning Engineer
Job Description:
- Master Programme Review/Preparation: Oversee and approve the preparation of master programs.
- Recovery/Target/T&C Programmes: Prepare and manage recovery, target, and testing & commissioning programs.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly update and monitor project progress.
- Resource and Cost Loading: Handle resource allocation, cost loading, and future forecasting.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for Project Manager/Construction Manager/Senior Planning Engineer.
- Delay Management: Identify delays, issue notices, and manage related correspondences.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Senior Planning Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and handle communications with the main contractor, consultant, and client.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the company’s HSE Management and Quality System.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: Engineering degree with Project Management knowledge.
- Experience: 4-7 years in Project Planning, preferably in MEP and Civil Construction.
- Competencies:
- Understanding of procedures/sequences in MEP and Civil Construction.
- Proficient in Project Planning Tools & Techniques.
- Knowledge of Commercial and Contracts.
- Experience with developer’s contracting companies and high-rise buildings is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
