Role: Project Head (Tunnel)
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma in Civil / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 20-24 Years
Location: Dibang Hydroelectric Project, Lower Dibang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Construction Oversight:
- Lead and supervise all aspects of Powerhouse construction, Drilling and Blasting Operation, sequential excavation process, Rock Supports and Cable anchor operations, including Reinforcement fixing, concrete works, & associated activities.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, technical experts, supervisors, and laborers.
Technical Expertise:
- Apply specialized knowledge in tunnel construction techniques, rock mechanics, ground support, and geotechnical engineering to ensure the successful execution of Powerhouse complex operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, including engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and project management teams.
Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Resource Management:
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, addressing technical challenges, unforeseen circumstances, and operational issues promptly and effectively.
