Job Opening at Godrej Properties:

Position: Planning Engineer (Civil)

• Location: Kolkata

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Post Graduation in Project Management (NICMAR)

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of planning experience
• 1-2 years of execution experience in large construction projects (preferably residential multi-storied apartment complex/townships)

Type of Experience:

• Planning various activities of the projects
• Resource planning
• Cost planning & coordinating with all departments
• Micro planning of preconstruction and construction activities

Necessary Skills Sets and Desirables:

1. Attention to detail
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Technical skills
4. Motivation and desire to solve complex engineering issues
5. Hands-on experience in software like MSP, ASTA (preferred)
