Roles and Responsibilities:

As a member of our Contracts team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document and highlighting Key Dates.
• Preparing Contractual claims, including those related to changes in legislation and requests for an extension of time (EOT), and ensuring adherence to all contractual terms.
• Supporting the project head and drafting Contractual Correspondence with the client.
• Preparing MIS reports, such as daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, in accordance with management requirements and contractual obligations.
• Preparation of Hindrance Register at the site and regular intimation to the Authority of Hindrance.
• Preparing COS (Change of Scope) for additional structures in the project alignment as per local demands and approval from the authority.
