Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 to 20 years (post-qualification)
Key Expertise Required:
- Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bids
- Experience in Elevated Viaducts, Underground Metro, Stations, Tunnels
- Railway composite infrastructure estimation
2. Business Development – Civil (Manager / DM / AM)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil) + MBA / PGPM / PGDM (Marketing)
Experience: 5 to 15 years (post-qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client coordination
- Tender documentation
- Joint Venture (JV) identification
- Market intelligence and opportunity tracking
3. Tender Document Controller (Manager / DM / AM)
