CIVIL ENGINEER – STRUCTURE
3 to 6 Years Experience in slab, shuttering & reinforcement, meas- urement and calculation of quantities.
CIVIL ENGINEER – FINISHES
3 to 6 Years Experience in marking of block work layout, finishing knowledge of plastering, tiling, doors, window and painting works, external plastering and calculation of quantities.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND PLANNING
2 to 5 Years Experience. Knowledge in checking contractor bills, quantity calculation as per IS Standard, material requirement, preparation of schedule, weekly and monthly report and reconciliation of material and contractor bills.
SAFETY ENGINEER
2 to 5 Years Experience. Degree / Diploma with NIBOSH or Safety Certifications.
MEP/HVAC – SUPERVISOR, ENGINEER
2 to 5 years Experience. Knowledge in Project execution & Mainte- nance, QA/QC, HVAC,chillers, AHU, CSU etc.,
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN HIGH RISE CONSTRUCTION KNOWN LANGUAGES TAMIL, ENGLISH & HINDI
