1. Senior Engineers – Finishings
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Specialization: High-rise finishing works with MIVAN systems
2. Engineers / Junior Engineers – Finishings
- Experience: 3–9 Years
- Specialization: Finishing works in MIVAN high-rise buildings
3. Supervisors – Civil
- Experience: 2–10 Years
- Specialization: Civil execution in high-rise MIVAN projects
4. Foremen – Steel
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Specialization: Steel reinforcement works in MIVAN structures
5. Labour Mobilization Officer
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Role: Labour sourcing, mobilization, and coordination for high-rise projects
Mandatory Requirement
- MIVAN experience in high-rise buildings is compulsory
- Candidates with experience in Infrastructure, Irrigation, or Conventional construction will not be considered
