Job Responsibilities
- Plan, design and supervise civil construction and interior projects.
- Prepare drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and MEP teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and applicable regulations.
- Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Support cost estimation and project scheduling.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate with project managers and clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards.
- Knowledge of civil construction planning and coordination.
- Understanding of stormwater management and related infrastructure requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD or similar engineering and drafting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and site supervision skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
