1. Billing Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure projects, particularly Railways and Bridges
- Location: Akola, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify client bills.
- Prepare subcontractor bills.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimates.
- Carry out monthly material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with site and project teams.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing and rate analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP and SAP software.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
2. Project Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 12–15 years in infrastructure projects, particularly Railways or Bridges
- Location: Akola, Maharashtra
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Road Over Bridge (ROB) projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and in accordance with quality standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor project activities from design through commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks.
- Review drawings and BOQs and approve contractor bills.
- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts and project management tools.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate project teams.
