The Vibrant Group India is hiring an experienced Site Civil Engineer / Jr. Site Engineer (Civil/Structural) for its construction and real estate projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The position is a full-time, on-site role focused on project execution, quality control, technical planning, safety compliance and coordination with structural and civil engineering teams.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is compulsory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in construction and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution
- Oversee daily site construction activities.
- Manage site workflows in coordination with structural and civil engineers.
- Ensure construction activities are completed according to project requirements.
- Support successful execution of high-rise building projects.
2. Quality Control / QA-QC
- Implement quality control procedures at the project site.
- Conduct and coordinate material testing for concrete, steel and aggregates.
- Verify construction work according to approved drawings, IS codes and design specifications.
- Ensure required quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
3. Technical Planning
- Prepare and implement detailed project plans.
- Prepare and manage Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Handle material reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate technical requirements with project and engineering teams.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Monitor site safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including RERA/local norms.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors and vendors.
- Work closely with structural and civil engineering teams.
- Provide project estimates and feasibility assessments.
- Communicate project-related technical requirements effectively.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 4–5 years of hands-on site experience.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate / High-Rise Building Construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction activities.
- Experience working with contractors/builders.
- Good understanding of RCC, steel, shuttering and formwork.
- Knowledge of BBS, planning and reconciliation processes.
- Strong site-management and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Experience in the real estate sector.
- Previous experience with contractors/builders.
- Strong site execution experience.
- Experience with RCC, steel fabrication, shuttering and MEP coordination.
- Ability to join immediately.
