1. General Manager – Tender & Contracts
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Preferred Additional Qualifications: NICMAR and/or LLB/LLM
- Experience: Minimum 18 years
- Required Expertise: At least 13 years in Tender & Contracts and 5 years in a leadership role
- Industry Requirement: Experience with construction contractors is mandatory.
2. General Manager – Projects
- Locations: Bengaluru and Chennai
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 18 years in high-rise building projects
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years as Project Head
- Mandatory Requirement: MIVAN experience
- Industry Requirement: Experience with construction contractors is mandatory.
- Important: Candidates from real estate, infrastructure, or developer companies need not apply.
3. Manager – IT
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Technical Requirements: Knowledge of hardware and software
- Preferred Background: Civil engineering companies
- Additional Requirement: IT infrastructure support at project sites
4. Manager – Stores
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Qualification: Graduate with expertise in MS Office
- Additional Qualification: Diploma in Material Management
- Technical Knowledge: ERP, SAP, and Business Central
- Experience: 13–16 years
- Leadership Experience: 5 years as Stores Lead managing multiple projects
- Industry Requirement: Experience with construction contractors is mandatory.
