  • Experience: 10–12 Years
  • Key Skills: Property Management, Site Operations, Technical Management

2. Soft Service Manager

  • Experience: 7–9 Years
  • Key Skills: Housekeeping, Vendor Management, Inventory Management

3. Facility Manager – Technical

  • Experience: 7–9 Years
  • Key Skills: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Transformers, AMC Management

4. Shift Incharge

  • Experience: 4–5 Years
  • Key Skills: Technical Asset Management, Utilities Operations, Technical Services

5. Fire Officer

  • Experience: 3–5 Years
  • Key Skills: Fire & Life Safety Systems, Fire Drills, Emergency Evacuation

6. Safety Incharge

  • Experience: 4–6 Years
  • Key Skills: EHS, Building Compliance, Emergency Response Team (ERT)

7. Technical Manager

  • Experience: 8–10 Years
