Job Details:
Positions: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Building Projects
- Education: NICMAR / B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Location: Delhi-NCR / Mauritius
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in Planning, Billing, Budgets, Variations & Time Extensions
- Strong technical knowledge and multi-tasking ability
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/P7, MS Project, Client & Contractor Billing, SAP, IS Code, and MS Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Control project activities and manage project management cycles
- Prepare flowcharts & checklists for site activities and integrate them into billing & MIS systems
- Review project progress in terms of material submittals, drawings, and site construction
- Assist in finalizing requirements & specifications with consultants, suppliers, and clients
- Coordinate with the project manager for site planning & MIS preparation
