- Experience: 12–15 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of business contracts.
- Handle contract drafting, negotiation, compliance and renewal.
- Ensure contracts protect the company’s legal and financial interests.
2. QA/QC Engineer
- Experience: 5–12 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare test cases, scenarios and quality documentation.
- Inspect materials, components and finished products.
- Ensure construction activities meet required quality standards.
3. Planning Engineer
- Experience: 5–12 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Software: MS Project / Primavera P6

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules and master schedules.
- Monitor project progress.
- Prepare and maintain DPR, WPR and MPR reports.
- Coordinate project planning activities with relevant teams.
4. QS & Billing Engineer
- Experience: 7–13 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost estimation.
- BOQ preparation.
- Rate analysis.
- Cost control.
- Subcontractor billing.
- Quantity and commercial documentation.
5. Safety Officer
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Update emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
6. Construction Manager
- Experience: 12–18 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, objectives and timelines.
- Monitor key project milestones.
- Estimate project costs including materials, labour and equipment.
- Monitor project expenditure and construction progress.
7. MEPF Engineer
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation and execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and ventilation systems.
- Handle mechanical utility systems.
- Execute HT/LT systems, substations and DG sets.
- Coordinate UPS, electrical panels, lighting and ELV systems.
8. Civil / Structures / Finishes Engineer
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil and structural works as per approved drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and proper site execution.
- Supervise finishing activities.
- Ensure project works comply with drawings and specifications.
9. MEP Manager
- Experience: 12–15 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical / Mechanical
- Required Experience: PMC experience
- Preferred Project Experience: High-Rise Residential / Villas
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEPF design and execution activities.
- Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate MEP activities with project and construction teams.
10. Design Coordinator
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech – Civil
- Required Experience: PMC experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design deliverables between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track design submissions, comments and revisions.
- Maintain proper design documentation and records.
- Coordinate design-related project requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should have relevant PMC experience for the listed positions. Experience in High-Rise Residential Projects and Villas is preferred for the relevant roles.
