- STORE ENGINEER – Civil Site
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PURCHASE MANAGER – Civil
- Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Develop and evaluate vendor’s and negotiate best prices
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with site, planning and finance teams.
BILLING ENGINEER – Civil
- Prepare running, RA final and client bills as per contract terms.
- Verify measurement, BOQ, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site, planning and client for smooth billing
- Maintain billing, records and follow up for payments
PLANNING ENGINEER – Civil
- Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project / Primavera
- Monitor progress, identify delays and take corrective actions
- Prepare look-ahead plans, resource histogram and S-curves
- Coordinate with site and other departments
PROJECT COORDINATOR – Civil
- Coordinate between client, consultants, vendor’s and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence and records
- Schedule meetings and follow up on action points
- Support project manager in day-to-day operations
SR. SITE ENGINEER – Civil
- Supervise and monitor site execution of civil works
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of work
- Coordinate with Sub-contractors and resolve site issues
- Maintain site reports and daily progress records
STORE ENGINEER – Civil Site
- Manage site store, inventory and material issuance
- Ensure proper receiving, storage and presentation of materials
- Maintain Store records stock reports and consumption registres
- Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material requirements
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Relevant discipline)
- 3 to 12 Years of experience in industrial construction projects
- Experience in Factory, Plant, Warehouse, PEB, Steel Structure projects Preferred
- Good knowledge of RCC, Steel Structure, PEB, BOQ, Estimation, Billing & Contract.
- Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (Aa applicable)
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
