- Experience: 25+ years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant Sectors: Thermal, hydro, pumped storage, cement, coal, copper, mining, metals, and industrial projects
- Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete project lifecycle, from erection and commissioning to handover, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Preferred Expertise: Strong EPC/PMC exposure and project leadership experience.
2. Discipline Heads – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / I&C
- Experience: 18–24 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Construction leadership across civil foundations, TG decks, boiler structures, water-conductor systems, reservoirs, underground tunnels, mechanical auxiliaries, ESP, HVAC, penstocks, gates, generators, transformers, switchyards, DCS, PLC, and system interfaces.
3. Site Construction / Commissioning Managers
- Experience: 12–25 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: End-to-end execution, pre-commissioning, testing, contractor management, quality, and safety across BTG/BOP, hydro structures, underground powerhouses, reservoirs, tunnels, cement silos, pipelines, railways, townships, and hospitals.
4. Site / Assistant Site Construction Engineers
- Experience: 3–11 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Site execution, contractor supervision, quality control, safety, and engineering compliance.
- Relevant Work Areas: Civil foundations, RCC works, dams, reservoirs, D-walls, tunnels, underground structures, silo foundations, slip-forming, concrete pours, buildings, utilities, piping, steel structures, penstocks, gates, powerhouses, coal-handling plants, HVAC, boilers, turbine-generators, furnaces, kilns, mills, conveyors, electrical installations, substations, transmission lines, and power distribution.
5. Planning Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in any engineering discipline and/or MBA / postgraduate qualification in Construction Management
- Key Responsibilities: Scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring, MIS, and reporting.
- Technical Requirement: Primavera P6 expertise.
6. Fire & Safety Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in any engineering discipline
- Mandatory Requirement: Recognised safety qualification such as ADIS/PDS
- Key Responsibilities: EHS implementation, statutory compliance, audits, incident investigations, and site safety systems.
7. Quality Assurance & Control Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: QA/QC processes and procedures, method statements, inspections, audits, non-conformance report management, compliance, and NDT activities.
8. Quantity Surveyor / Billing Manager
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: BOQ preparation, billing, quantity and cost verification, contractor coordination, invoice management, and payment certification.

- Key Responsibilities: Contract administration, change orders, claims, commercial correspondence, and dispute resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Site Survey Engineer

- Key Responsibilities: Topographical surveys, route and alignment verification, setting-out, contour mapping, and survey-data management.
