Open Positions
Operator Assembly
- Qualification: ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Skills: Expertise in aerostructure assembly, drilling, reaming, riveting, and fastener installation. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and proficiency in using hand tools & cutting tools.
CMM Operator/Programmer/Incharge
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Experience: 1 to 8 years) or Diploma (Experience: 4 to 11 years)
- Skills: Hands-on experience with Zeiss or Hexagon CMMs operation or programming, conventional inspection (Calypso & PC-DMIS), engineering drawing interpretation, GD&T, NC handling, and MRB Process.
Machine Operator (Machine Shop/Machining)
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Making
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Skills: Expertise in deburring, tapping, fixture assembly, and operating 3 & 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens & Mazatrol controllers. Knowledge of Jyothi, DMG, Sterac, Modig, Mazak, and Doosan machines is an advantage. Skilled in job setup techniques and Flexi CAM machining for sheet metal.
Special Process – Operator
- Qualification: Diploma in Metallurgy/Mechanical
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Proficiency in vacuum heat treatment, thermal coating, EBW & brazing processes.
Machine Shop Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Skills: Supervision of production staff, CNC operations, troubleshooting, quality control, safety enforcement, technical drawings, and expertise in long cylinder/shaft machining & CNC programming.
