Machine Engineer Positions
Qualification: ITI/Diploma (10+3)/Graduate
Experience: 5-10 Years
1. Machine Engineer – WFL/Doosan (Mill-Turn)
- Experienced CNC operators in 3, 4, 5, and 7-axis machining
- Proficiency in GD&T, G-code, M-code, and problem-solving
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of machine kinematics, cutting tools, holders, and calibration
2. Machine Engineer – Deep Hole Boring
- Experience in operating deep hole boring machines
- Specialization in long cylinders/shafts
- Proficiency in measuring instruments, tool selection, and GD&T
- Ability to resolve machining problems, inspect parts, and maintain records
- CNC programming skills are a plus
3. Machine Engineer – Gear Hobbing
- Proficiency in gear hobbing or related operations
- Experience in machine setups, tooling selection, and GD&T
- Ability to resolve machining issues, inspect parts, and collaborate with teams
4. Machine Engineer – Grinding
- Experience in grinding long cylinders/shafts
- Expertise in wheel dressing, grinding techniques, and process monitoring
- CNC grinding machine experience is preferred
5. Machine Engineer – Balancing & Milling
- Experience with balancing and CNC milling machines
- Ability to interpret drawings, select tooling, troubleshoot, and maintain records
- Specialization in long cylinders/shafts

Machine Shop Supervisor & Operator Assembly Positions
1. Machine Shop Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech
Experience: 8-12 Years
- Supervise staff, schedule jobs, and oversee CNC setup/operations
- Troubleshoot issues and enforce safety regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and lead a team
- Knowledge of CNC programming and long cylinder/shaft machining preferred
