HR Manager

  • Experience: 7–12 Years
  • Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
  • Education: MBA/PG in HR
  • Industry Preference: EPC / Contracting / Infrastructure

1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

  • Understand manpower needs across all functions – projects, purchase, billing, engineering, and sites.
  • Recruit for roles including Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.
  • Build a proactive talent pool for future project expansion.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Create effective onboarding programs.
  • Conduct inductions aligned with company values, safety, compliance, and Mission AdiShakti.

3. Performance Management & KPIs

  • Define KRAs/KPIs aligned with project goals and functions.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with HoDs.
  • Implement reward systems for high performers.

4. Learning & Leadership Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Partner with external trainers (e.g., SIL, Landmark) for mindset & leadership coaching.
  • Develop future leaders within the organization.

5. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR software.
  • Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and respect.
  • Conduct wellness and team-building activities.

6. Statutory Compliance & Legal HR

  • Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.
  • Handle documentation and audits with consultants and authorities.

7. HR Reporting & Strategy Alignment

  • Present HR dashboards to leadership.
  • Support succession planning, organization structuring, and people development goals (Mission AdiShakti).
  • Timely hiring & manpower availability
  • Attrition & absenteeism reduction
  • % of employees trained & certified
  • Labour law compliance audit scores
  • Employee satisfaction & feedback
  • Talent acquisition & onboarding
