Candidate screening & selection process will be as follow:

• Academic criteria screening 55% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
• Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2023 & 2024 pass-out candidates only.
• Male candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
• Job location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at SAURASTHRA

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:

• DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzion. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy)6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks – OJT (On Job Training)
