Job Description for Freshers – Diploma Shift (Electrical/Mechanical)
Selection Process and Criteria:
- Academic performance: 55% aggregate throughout (10th, Diploma).
- Qualification: Electrical/Mechanical Diploma (2023 & 2024 pass-outs).
- Male candidates preferred for site operations.
- Minimum Age: 18 years (on the day of selection).
- Flexibility to work at remote OMS site locations across 8 states where Suzlon operates.
Training & Package for Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 Level):
- CTC: ₹2.00 Lakh per annum.
- Benefits: Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport, Suzlon travel reimbursement, annual increments, and incentives.
- Training Duration:
- 6 weeks (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks On-the-Job Training).
