- Qualification: BE Mechanical
- Experience: 3–5 years

Key Requirements:
- Minimum industrial experience of 3–5 years (preferably in wind energy).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance of motors, generators, VFDs, DFIG, gearbox, couplings, cooling systems, transformers, etc.
- Willingness to relocate to remote locations.
- Physical Fitness for Wind Energy:
- Physically fit with no medical history.
- Capability to climb 90–140 meters of wind turbine towers.
