Sumadhura Group is seeking an experienced CRM Executive for our high-rise building projects in Whitefield, Bengaluru. If you have a background in civil engineering and are skilled in customer relationship management, we encourage you to apply.
Position: Executive – CRM Technical
Experience: 2-4 Years (High Rise Building – Execution Finishing)
Qualification: Diploma/BE – Civil
Work Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications.
- Handle customer queries and respond to technical inquiries.
- Release modified drawings to the execution team.
- Oversee the customer selection process.
- Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Inspect and hand over customer flats.
- Prepare reports.
- Ensure documentation is complete as per the process.
- Coordinate with customers via phone and ticketing systems.
- Allocate car parking spaces.
- Coordinate with associations and respond to their queries.
- Send welcome emails to all customers within the turnaround time.
